Bees attack Red Lake homeowners

Several calls in the last month involving swarms and an attack by aggressive bees on June 25 have firefighters from High Country Fire Rescue alerting the public.

High Country provides free emergency info packets

High Country Fire Rescue announced information concerning distribution of the Red Badge E-Packs, one of the community outreach educational offerings by our department. HCFR representatives will be at the Texaco Service Station (Hwy 64) every Saturday in July from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to give area residents an E-Pack.

High Country Fire Rescue offers free CPR classes

"High Country Fire Rescue announced it is celebrating its first year of service in the community by providing free CPR classes to the public. High Country Fire Rescue became a non-profit Arizona corporation in July of 2008 and began answering emergency calls as the primary 911 responder in August 2008..." Spring snow causes three-vehicle collision, April 3, 2009

Firefighters arrive within eight minutes. Firefighters from High Country Fire-Rescue extricated a critically injured driver from the wreckage of a three-car collision on Highway 64 at milepost 198.
